Scottsdale, AZ (September 21st, 2015) – Casino game developer Design Works Gaming announced the release of Casino Core™, a game development platform that is compatible with both Unity and HTML5. This flexibility allows unprecedented versatility to both wagering and non-wagering applications.
“Casino Core was designed with both social and internet gaming in mind, not to mention land-based applications,” stated Pat Spencer, COO. “We have surpassed design barriers not previously believed possible,” he continued.
The proprietary platform was developed in its entirety at the DWG headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. It underwent rigorous beta testing as the R&D platform for all new game titles being developed by the designer. “An area we paid particular attention to while developing this software was rapid prototyping. Our clients have the ability to bring our ideas to focus groups months earlier than before. An ability that is absolutely vital, especially in emerging markets such as skill based gaming,” added Mr. Spencer.
The platform supports HTML5 as well as native Windows and Macintosh apps, iOS and Android devices. Design Works Gaming will debut Casino Core at G2E in Las Vegas next week, and clients will be able to experience it first hand while playing one of 20 new game titles being released on the platform.
Design Works Gaming is a privately held independent casino game developer headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ.
